Bio: Hailing from a large city in Dtang Ma, Soun has always been a bit odd. He spends much of his time talking to the local birds, many of whom seem to at least humor him while they take his offerings of food. The rest of his time is spent studying people, finding what makes them tick, how to make them react, how they do so, and to this end he has established his signiture look; the Plague Doctor. Since he reached adulthood, few have seen his true face.
OOC: Soun is designed sort of as a test for me, a way for me to get better as a player at the intrigue side of many RPG's and release my inner conniving piece of shit. As a character, his goal is simple; reach a place where his skills can be put to most use, and then exploit it for ultimate gain, as well as to manuever things according to his vision of what is 'good', which is itself strange like him.
