Katsuyoshi's Sheet
Bio: Katsuyoshi grew up in a mountain village under the tutelage of his skilled martial artist father - who taught the young
Katsuyoshi how to mix speed and defense with a versatile weapon such as a spear or other variant of polearm. Training included other weapons such as bows and swords, but Katsuyoshi was a natural when it came to the spear and lance.
When he was old enough, Katsuyoshi left his home to find his place in things. Hopefully, he'd be able to make use of his skills as a martial artist for the good of others.
One such time involved assisting some rather zealous Inquisitors investigate the tales of a young woman who had been involved in a rather awful fire that took the lives of a fair number of people.
Kasei Mirayuki was her name. Katsuyoshi's travels had given him much tell of her exploits, but killing people with fire out of the darkness of her heart was not one such thing. Mostly, he had heard about her extensive efforts to help others and assist in the betterment of society.
When the Inquisitors asked him for help, they even went so far as to say that they didn't expect much in the way of dire straits to come about their confrontation with Kasei Mirayuki due to her reputation amongst other things, but they wanted to be safe and prepared for anything.
Katsuyoshi, of course, understood this, and accepted their job.
Upon coming before Lady Mirayuki, Katsuyoshi was quite blown away with how pretty and fairly innocent she looked. No doubt she was at least a few years younger than him, but she was beautiful to be sure.
Sure enough, the questions that the Inquisitors threw at Mirayuki were met with other questions and comments no doubt meant to avoid and dodge the subject, but Katsuyoshi couldn't see any sense of deceptive or malicious intents in the girl's words or mannerisms. She seemed to be quite bothered by it all, and he felt bad for the questioning.
Katsuyoshi wasn't very knowledgeable on the happenings of Clans and Families other than his reclusive own in the mountains, but he felt a sincere pull in his spirit as he decided to assist this girl overcome the darkened reputation she had received from what had happened.
Not as an underling or subordinate, but as a friend.
OOC Knowledge: Katsuyoshi is a jokester who thinks that life is better if you can laugh at just about anything. As a result, his humor rarely has a filter, but he is capable of being serious and sympathetic when necessary. "Laughter is the greatest medicine" just happens to be a motto he holds very dearly to his heart.
