[Saya is possessed by the spirit of an evil wizard seeking lichdom. Somewhere along the way she messed up one of her own rituals which resulted in her own death but her strong attachment to the world coupled with some failsafes allowed him to remain as a ghost and latch himself to the young oracle who was already sensitive to the powers of death due to her being the reincarnation of
Saya inherited her close connection with death from the imprints left on her soul from her past life as a spiritualist. As a result of her past-life and possession, she feels a bizarre unexplained connection with death. She started to feel guided to do weird things as she grew up, such as collecting bones, arranging them in formations and saying weird things. She started carving bone figures to pass the time when she wasn’t busy stealing for food. Always distrusted for her strange powers Saya found the company of her undead ‘friends’ far preferable. Eventually, this led to the girl being able to channel her own divine powers using this connection with death as a conduit.
Saya herself is a foolish and naive girl who longs to find her own place in the world and a family she can call her own, even if that means creating it herself.]
