Raised since childhood in a mountaintop Monastery in Tien-Hwan, Yeong-Gi choe never knew his birth parents. All he knew were the teachings of Qi Zhong. Over time, his training shifted from simply academic to a more martial focus, and from there to acting in the shadows as an inquisitor. While he sometimes wonders, he has no real desire to find his birth parents. As far as he's concerned, his father is Qi Zhong, and that's all that matters.

When I made Yeong, I wasn't really thinking about what kind of guy he'd be outside "A good dude who acts in the shadows", but over time he's grown into a sort of obsessive compulsive "every man" with little time to relax. He follows the same routine almost every day, and usually seems to be trying to focus on something.
